All MIRELLE jewelry comes with a 2 year warranty that covers:
- Manufacturing defects
- Premature plating wear
- Loose stones
- Faulty clasps or chains
If something doesn’t look or feel right, we’ll make it right, whether that means a repair or a replacement.

How to File a Claim
Just email us your order number, a clear photo or video of the issue, and a short description. We’ll take care of the rest, quickly and kindly.

Returns
- We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unworn, undamaged jewelry.
- To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@mirellebridal.com.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the item is received and inspected.
Exchanges
We want you to love every piece you receive. If your jewelry isn’t quite right, you may exchange it for another item within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging to be eligible.
